What is Leg wax made of?

Gooey, sticky wax just like honey but yet with some very distinct differences. For one thing, it definately smells better however I would Not recommend eating it! Honey on the other hand has many beneficial properties.

So what makes leg wax ideal for hair removal and yet why isn't honey suitable to remove hair?

I personally use Mancine waxes, therefore I will refer to the backstory of Mancine.

It began in the mid 1980’s with the development of the Mancine Hair Removal System. Mancine believes in ORGANICS, natural products and environmentally friendly practice, they use only the finest resins and natural ingredients superior performance, removing stubborn hair as short as 1mm (1/16”). This is beneficial for those who are transitioning from shaving to waxing, as we all know how awkward the waiting period can be! And how limited our wardrobe can become.

Leg waxes are formulated to be very elastic and pliable, Mancine Wax grips and shrink-wraps short hair for easy, effective and long lasting results. The low temperature and gentle formulas provide nurturing and conditioning benefits for extra client comfort, painless waxing and leaving the skin smooth and soft to the touch.

So unlike honey, the process of creating wax is to combine all ingredients and ensure correct consistency, The unique plastic texture makes wax ultra-flexible with a superior grip, less pain and great for all sensitive skin types.

What is in the ingredients?
